12/09/2025 - Another collaboration with the ‘Open House Arqueologia’ initiative
ERA Arqueologia is once again collaborating with the ‘Open House Arqueologia’ initiative, promoted by the Lisbon City Council and taking place over the weekend of 13 and 14 September.
Inês Mendes da Silva and Ever Calvo, from ERA's team, will guide the following tours:
- ‘Spalming and mending ships on Boavista beach’ (an area of Lisbon's waterfront where we've carried out numerous archaeological excavations that have revealed important nautical and port remains)
- ‘A convent in the hotel’ (dedicated to the former São Domingos Convent, where we carried out a vast archaeological and conservation and restoration project)
